Access to and use of 77apk is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 77apk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
21+ Only. Gambling is not permitted for individuals under the age of 21. Misrepresentation of age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
77apk is designed and optimised for players resident in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an Account. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 77apk accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access outside of Indonesia.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been self-excluded, placed under a court-ordered gambling restriction, or who have been previously banned by 77apk are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 77apk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination under Clause 10.
To access real-money betting and gaming features on 77apk, you must complete the registration process via the 77apk Login page. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, date of birth, and a preferred payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 77apk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify 77apk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Before your first withdrawal request is processed, you are required to complete the KYC identity verification procedure. This requires submission of:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being submitted will result in the request being cancelled. 77apk reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. Any material change to your personal details — including your registered bank account number or e-wallet — must be notified to 77apk support and may trigger an additional round of KYC verification before the new payment method is activated.
77apk supports deposits in IDR via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may be adjusted by 77apk at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your 77apk wallet within 5–15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited within 1–5 minutes. 77apk charges zero platform fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your 77apk Account. Third-party withdrawals — where the receiving account is not in the name of the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 77apk wallet interface. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours following KYC approval, depending on the receiving institution.
Funds derived from Bonus allocations may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawal of a Real Funds balance does not automatically satisfy or waive any outstanding Wagering Requirement on Bonus Funds held in the same Account.
77apk reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, 77apk may request additional documentation and cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77apk are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin sports markets, certain table games, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.
77apk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements; and systematic exploitation of free bet promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77apk reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the offending Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. 77apk is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the expiry date published in the promotion terms.
Responsible Bonus Use: Bonuses are intended to enhance the entertainment value of gaming. Never chase losses using Bonus Funds, and never place bets that exceed your personal financial comfort level in order to satisfy a Wagering Requirement. If you feel the bonus structure is causing you distress, contact our support team to have Bonus Funds removed from your Account.
All sports bets placed on 77apk are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and competition, as supplemented by 77apk's specific sportsbook rules. Bets on BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and all international leagues including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League are governed by standard Asian handicap, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator) rules as published on the sportsbook page. 77apk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known to the player at the time the bet was accepted.
Live casino games — including Evolution Gaming baccarat, roulette, and game shows, and Pragmatic Play live tables — are governed by the rules of each individual game as administered by the live dealer and the relevant game studio. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, 77apk will use the game studio's server records to determine the outcome of any unsettled round.
All slot titles and random number generator (RNG) games available on 77apk — from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified studios — use independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the respective game studio. 77apk makes no guarantee of individual session outcomes, as all results are determined by the underlying RNG.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error on the sportsbook, 77apk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable. 77apk will notify affected players via email and/or in-account notification where a void is applied.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77apk Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure:
All content on the 77apk Platform — including but not limited to the 77apk brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the proprietary property of 77apk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77apk. Game content sourced from studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their licensing terms.
77apk makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, including during peak periods such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures and major international tournaments. However, 77apk does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from gambling outcomes.
In any event, 77apk's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of connected claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. 77apk is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or any other Platform product. Decisions to place bets or wagers are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
77apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance, where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 7, failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where 77apk has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for unlawful purposes.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 77apk support. Before closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of pending Wagering Requirements) will be transferred to your registered withdrawal method subject to completed KYC. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 77apk Platform for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion procedures. A self-excluded player may not re-register during the self-exclusion period, and 77apk will take reasonable technical steps to enforce this restriction.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 77apk is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 77apk applies SSL 256-bit encryption to all data transmissions and does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required to process payments, complete KYC verification, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as observed by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. 77apk operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so subject to their own assessment of applicable local law.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other Platform matter, you should first contact 77apk support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 77apk aims to resolve all support disputes within 5 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the matter will be escalated to 77apk's compliance team for final determination.
You agree that any dispute with 77apk shall be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
77apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 77apk will provide reasonable advance notice via in-account notification or the email address registered to your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 10.2 before the amendment takes effect.
